FAQs

What influence do the existing STADA warrants and/or their conversion have on the number of STADA shares?

The number of STADA shares can increase due to the conversion of STADA warrants (ISIN DE0007251845) through the individual warrant holders. In contrast to its own capital increases, STADA has no influence on these conversions, because the warrant holder can, in accordance with the option terms and conditions, convert the warrants into STADA shares until they mature on June 26, 2015.

STADA regularly publishes the number of shares as well as the respective number of warrants converted in its Annual Report and Quarterly Reports. The current number of STADA shares including all converted warrants are also published on STADA's website.
