According to the bond terms and conditions of the STADA warrants 2000/2015 (ISIN DE0007251845), the option price would have decreased from EUR 329.- to lastly EUR 279.- if the means of the share price established by Deutsche Börse AG during intraday auction at about 1 p.m. in the electronical trading system XETRA® for the STADA share on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on the 20 trading days prior to June 26, 2005 had been lower than the threshold price of lastly EUR 13.95 (see also: Official announcement to holders of STADA warrants of July 2004).
The means of the share price established by Deutsche Börse AG during intraday auction at about 1 p.m. in the electronical trading system XETRA® for the STADA share on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the above-mentioned time-frame was EUR 26.20 and was thereby above the threshold price of EUR 13.95. Accordingly, the reduced option price for the warrants 2000/2015 is not applicable. The other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
