Slovakia

In Slovakia the STADA Group had previously only operated in the scope of export activities. STADA founded a new local sales company, the STADA PHARMA Slovakia s.r.o., Bratislava, in this market in the second quarter of 2008.

In Slovakia, sales increased by 19%, applying the exchange rates of the previous year or in euro by 24% to EUR 7.1 million in financial year 2010 (previous year: EUR 5.7 million). ).

In the first nine months of 2011 sales increased applying last year’s exchange rates by 16%. In euro sales increased by 17% to EUR 5.9 million (1-9/2010: EUR 5.0 million).
