After the Nizhpharm acquisition in 2005, STADA has a sales company in Kazakhstan: Nizhpharm-Kasachstan TOO DO.¹⁾, Almaty.

In 2010 sales grew in Kazakhstan by 1% applying the exchange rates of the previous year. In euro, sales increased by 7% to EUR 8.6 million (previous year: EUR 8.0 million). In the first six months of 2011 sales grew applying last year’s exchange rates by 35%.

In the first nine months of 2011 sales achieved plus of 43% applying last year´s exchange rates. In euro Kazakhstan reached a sale plus of 33% to EUR 8.4 million (1-9/2010: EUR 6.3 million).
